”Sweat has an important role”

A human sweats about 1 liter per day on average, especially in summer 5 to 10 liters. Since the summer in Japan is a high-temperature and high-humidity, most of people dislike “stick from sweat". Despite of it, the human body is well built, and the sweat has an important role.
A typical role is regulation of body temperature. When increased the temperature or do exercise, we sweat naturally, which will prevent the body temperature being higher than necessary. In addition, the sebum that is included in the sweat has the role to prevent drying the skin. Although the amount is small, the fatigue stuff such as lactic acid will be excreted with sweat, and your body will recover from the fatigue.
However, it is said that people who do not sweat healthily are recently growing. Sweat will be excreted to the outside of the body through the sweat glands, but if sweat glands would not be used, it will degenerate. The more getting hot, the more people would spend all day long in an air-conditioned room. There is increasing the number of people who do not have enough amount of exercise and take a shower only instead of soaking in the bathtub. A comfortable living life has a harmful effect on the autonomic nervous system of thermoregulation. "Heat stroke" that recently has been increasing is largely related with the degeneration of the sweat glands. Life without sweating makes the thermoregulation lower, resulting in increasing people who got "heat stroke”.
In order to maintain the proper body temperature and to be healthy, we need to sweat sufficiently in summer in particular.

”Three ways to prevent the degeneration sweat glands”

方法1ズバリ!有酸素運動
Nothing is better than exercise. Aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging and swimming is recommended. The aerobic exercise is to get oxygen by breathing and to burn fat. It is effective to exercise once over 20 minutes and 1 to 2 times per week.
方法2食べ物で発汗促進
"Ginger" is a typical food to promote perspiration. It is recommended for cooking to use spices, rosemary and basil, lavender and the herbs such as clary sage. In the case of large amounts of sweating, as potassium will be insufficient, let's supply bananas and minerals which include potassium.
方法3負担の少ない半身浴でいい汗をかこう
